Michael Judy’s practice focuses on representing clients in the transportation industry. He defends trucking companies and their drivers against personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. He provides counsel and advice to transportation industry clients on compliance with federal law, safety programs, liability prevention and contract and employment issues. In addition to his transportation practice, Michael has litigated and defended clients against personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits involving premise liability, product liability and general negligence allegations. Michael also represents clients in matters concerning insurance coverage, employment rights, property disputes and business disputes. Michael is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
