Ryan Holt maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on retail claims to include premises liability, negligent security, and dram shop liability. His clients have included well-known grocers, convenience stores, hotels, restaurants and retailers. He also litigates cases in the areas of transportation, product liability, construction defect, and commercial law. Ryan joined the firm after clerking for a judge on the Circuit Court, South Carolina's court of general jurisdiction. Ryan has tried cases in both state and federal court and has argued before the South Carolina Court of Appeals. He is a past chair of the Future USLAW Leaders.
