Sheryl Willert is a former managing director of Williams Kastner whose practice is based in the Seattle office. She concentrates her practice on counseling, investigations, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Sheryl is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. During her career, Sheryl has tried cases involving all aspects of employment law for both unionized and nonunionized employers in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, she has tried cases involving professional negligence, product liability, personal injury, contracts, and civil rights. Sheryl is a past president of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the nation's largest association of civil litigation defense attorneys. She was that organization's first female and first African-American officer. Sheryl is a chair emeritus of USLAW NETWORK, Inc.
