Sheryl Willert is a former managing director of Williams Kastner whose practice is based in the Seattle office. She concentrates her practice on counseling, investigations, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Sheryl is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers. During her career, Sheryl has tried cases involving all aspects of employment law for both unionized and non-unionized employers in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, she has tried cases involving professional negligence, product liability, personal injury, contracts, and civil rights. Sheryl is a past president of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the nation's largest association of civil litigation defense attorneys. She was that organization's first female and first African-American officer. Sheryl is a chair emeritus of USLAW NETWORK, Inc.
