About this program
Eight years of the Obama administration followed by four years of the Trump administration laid the foundation for a new world order in the federal and state courts. Societal, economic and political rifts appear to have intensified since the beginning of the pandemic. Are the extremes more extreme? Is this much ado about nothing? This session will explore what we are encountering and managing in our businesses, claims and cases.
