Jessica Dark is a partner in the Oklahoma City office of Pierce Couch Hendrickson Baysinger & Green. Jessica specializes in defending government entities against claims of civil rights violations, including employment-related claims. Jessica also counsels and defends various private employers on labor and employment issues, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and state law discrimination claims. Her practice includes defending general liability claims, including premises liability and sexual misconduct. Jessica has been practicing in Oklahoma’s state and federal courts for more than a decade and is admitted to practice in the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Jessica has been named to the Super Lawyers list of Rising Stars for seven consecutive years and has published several articles in the USLAW Magazine.
She is the Chair of the Future USLAW Leaders group, a co-host of USLAW Live!, the official podcast of USLAW, and is active in the Labor and Employment and Women's Connection sections. In her spare time, Jessica volunteers as a board member for The Sparrow Project in Moore, Oklahoma – an organization dedicated to providing community, skills and activities for adults with special needs. In her spare time, Jessica shuttles her children to various sporting events and loves to read fiction and watch Dateline.
