Adam W. Rhys

Adam W. Rhys joined Wicker Smith in 2000 and is a shareholder in the West Palm Beach office.

Mr. Rhys has a broad array of complex and multi-party general litigation and medical malpractice litigation experience. An “AV” rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, he has tried numerous cases on behalf of the firm’s clients throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Rhys’ general litigation experience includes matters involving labor and employment, real estate, construction litigation, personal injury and insurance defense. Mr. Rhys also has a vast amount of experience representing healthcare professionals and numerous local hospitals and national hospital chains throughout Indian River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Martin and Palm Beach County in medical malpractice and other related matters. He has given numerous lectures to medical staffs, employees and Boards of Trustees for client hospitals.

Mr. Rhys received his B.A. degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
