Brian R. Betner

Brian is an experienced civil litigator who has successfully defended business and insurance clients in state and federal courts throughout Missouri. Brian has extensive experience in a wide range of areas, including complex commercial motor vehicle accidents, retail and premises liability, product liability, toxic torts involving asbestos, and insurance coverage issues involving uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Brian is involved in the entire claim handling process, from the initial investigation through trial. Brian is also a member of Lashly & Baer's Rapid Response Team, conducting immediate investigations into catastrophic accidents to ensure the preservation of critical evidence and achieve early evaluation of potential liability and exposure.
