Claudia van der Most

Claudia (1973) joined the partnership when she was 33 years old. Since 2007 she has led the merger and acquisition practice. She is an advocate of women at the top and is enthusiastic about diversity within and outside of Dirkzwager. Claudia van der Most has been working as a lawyer since 1998 and has been a partner of Dirkzwager since 2007. She is the head of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint-ventures, business law and company law and corporate governance. Her clients include leading Dutch companies and international corporations. She and her commercial, corporate and M&A team have been quoted in the Legal 500 of this year (2020). To quote one of her clients: "Claudia van der Most's knowledge as well as client focus plus her determination to solve issues is great. With her creativity, keeping it simple and practicality plus the mentality to solve problems or issues are most often quickly solved.
