David J. Rubin

David serves as the firm's Managing Partner and has a national practice focusing on commercial real estate and financing. He represents developers, retailers (including chain drug stores), construction companies, and financial institutions in the acquisition, permitting, development, financing, and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers, large apartment complexes, and mixed use developments. David counsels clients on complex land development issues and in structuring transactions, lending, and workouts. A significant portion of David's current practice involves negotiating ground leases, office leases, retail leases, and sale/leaseback transactions. He is also a frequent lecturer. David serves on Hinckley Allen's Executive Committee.
