Evan Krinick is the Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, a 160 lawyer regional firm in New York. He represents commercial clients and insurance companies in a wide range of disputes in both federal and state courts. He is former Senior Law Clerk to Hon. Fritz W. Alexander II, Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals. He has argued over 200 appeals in appellate courts across the country. Examples of leading cases include: Glassman v. ProHealth, 14 N.Y.3d 898 (2010) (health care licensing);Brothers v. NYSEG, 11 N.Y.3d 251 (2008) (vicarious liability);State Farm v. Mallela, 4 N.Y.3d 313 (2005) (insurance fraud);Collela v.
