Forest B. Jenkins

Forest is a partner and member of the Business Litigation practice group, at the Honolulu law firm Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, LLP. Goodsill is the second largest law firm in Hawaii and has a broad range of practice groups. Forest concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, premise and professional malpractice defense, construction litigation, insurance (coverage/bad faith defense) litigation, employment litigation, real property disputes, and condominium association law.
Forest earned his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law and has practiced in Hawaii for nearly fifteen years.
Forest enjoys being in the courtroom and has litigated fifteen jury trials to verdict in Hawaii. Prior to joining Goodsill, Forest was a member of an in-house legal team for a California based construction company operating in Hawaii and was also a Hawaii state prosecutor. In his free time, Forest enjoys surfing and paddling.
