Gina Bazaz

Gina Bazaz is a Senior Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP. She focuses her practice in the areas of complex litigation and high exposure matters, handling product liability, personal injury, premises liability, habitability and construction defect cases in all phases of litigation.

Ms. Bazaz has successfully litigated a multitude of cases on behalf of numerous major insurance carriers and companies, representing multi-million dollar corporations located in the U.S. and abroad. The Southern California "go to" attorney for several prominent insurance companies and corporations, Ms. Bazaz is routinely hired to provide defense monitoring and case evaluations for excess carriers in addition to serving as national counsel. With a reputation for “thinking outside the box” in finding creative ways to resolve disputes, she has built long-standing relationships with clients in addition to gaining the respect and admiration of judges and mediators alike.

Ms. Bazaz’s pro bono activities have included working with the Barristers Domestic Violence Project, through the Los Angeles County Bar Association, assisting victims of domestic abuse.
