Jason Rumpca joined the firm in 2018. Prior to that, he worked as an attorney in Beresford, South Dakota in a general practice with an emphasis in criminal law. Jason received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University in 2005 and his Law Degree from the University of South Dakota in 2008. Jason is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota. He is admitted in the State Court and the Federal District Court for the State of South Dakota. Jason's practice areas include criminal defense, insurance defense, family law and general civil practice. Jason is originally from Pierre and has returned to the community with his wife, Jessica, and daughter Kinley, In his free time, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time outdoors.
