Jeffrey A. Fishkin

Jeffrey A. Fishkin is an Associate Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP focusing his practice on transportation matters. He has experience handling cases related to products liability, premises liability, trucking, complex multi-party matters, and high exposure personal injury matters.

A Southern California native, Mr. Fishkin has returned home to his roots to give back to the legal community where he grew up. Known for his diligent approach to case management, Jeff is able to apply his cross-examination and negotiation skills to secure an efficient and cost-effective resolution for his clients. Mr. Fishkin applied his knowledge of the evidence code to secure his client a six-figure savings from a $2,000,000 policy limit demand made by the plaintiff.

A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a B.S in Political Science, Mr. Fishkin continued onto law school at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he was a finalist in the Moot Court competition. He has appeared in both state and federal trial courts, and his experience includes representation of both large and small clients through trial.
