Jiří Spousta graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1991 and started to work as a lawyer in 1992, working for major Czech and international law firms. Jiri is a partner of Vyskocil, Kroslak, a law firm established in 1996. He advises Czech and international clients in connection with syndicated loans and corporate matters (including mergers and acquisitions and business restructuring) and real estate projects. Jiří Spousta has experience in acting on behalf of clients in legal proceedings before the Czech Competition Office and provides corporate law advice on a regular basis. Languages: Czech and English.
