Laura M. Kelly

Laura Kelly represents clients in both state and federal court in a variety of areas, including, product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, housing and employment discrimination claims, commercial and residential evictions, debt collection, estate administration and other claims.

From 2008 through 2012, Laura worked as a litigation attorney at Millard, Holweger, Child & Marton in Los Angeles, California. She represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving, products liability, toxic torts (chemical exposures, asbestos), labor and employment disputes, personal injury, insurance defense (coverage issues and indemnity actions), professional negligence/medical malpractice, elder abuse, contests for corporate control (amongst shareholders, officers and directors), unlawful detainer/breach of lease and subrogation actions. In 2007, Laura served as a law clerk at Conway, Homer & Chin-Caplan in Boston, MA, specializing in vaccine injury law and claims brought under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

Laura completed a Judicial Externship for the Honorable Ronald Bauer Orange County Superior Court Complex Civil Department in 2006.
