Lindsay T. Brigman joined Wicker Smith in 2003 and is a partner in the Tampa office. The focus of her practice includes medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile negligence and catastrophic injury. Ms. Brigman actively litigates in state circuit and county courts, representing clients such as Zurich, N.A., AIG, GMAC and Scottsdale Insurance Company.
Ms. Brigman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminology with a minor in Spanish from Auburn University, graduating summa cum laude in 2000 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida in 2003. During law school, she was a member of the trial team to win the American Trial Lawyers Association competition, earning a spot for the law school in the national ATLA competition.
