Matthew D. Peterdy

Matthew Peterdy received his B.A. in philosophy from Niagara University in 2001, and obtained his J.D. in 2004 from the SUNY Buffalo School of Law. Mr. Peterdy has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2005. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of Nevada as well as the federal District Court, District of Nevada, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Peterdy is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience working in insurance defense. After law school, he relocated to Nevada and began working as a civil litigation attorney at an insurance defense law firm. Mr. Peterdy uses his experience to achieve the best efficient results for his clients. His litigation experience includes several areas of practice, including personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability, product defect, premises liability defense, construction defect, property damage claims, and contract disputes.
