Paul A. Custer

Paul Custer concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial property and casualty litigation, product liability defense, professional liability claims and transportation litigation. Having broad experience in both private and in-house law firms, he has extensive experience in the courtroom, arbitration, and mediation. He has also been a frequent lecturer on topics such as risk management, risk transfer, tort reform, and how juries make decisions. he is a member of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), the Transportation Lawyers Association, USLAW NETWORK, and the Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association. Paul is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree at the Pennsylvania State University and his juris doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Throughout his career, he has been retained to represent national and regional transportation companies, construction and construction equipment companies, an international entertainment/event company, mining and mining equipment companies, oil & gas service and equipment suppliers, commercial property owners, and a variety of manufacturers and distributors.
