Philip Elmore is a litigation attorney at Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction disputes, materialmen’s liens, employment litigation, and insurance-related matters. He is recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Commercial Litigation and named to Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under List, highlighting top young litigators in the country.

An Arkansas native, Mr. Elmore earned his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, he served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and was active in advocacy competitions, winning the 2014 Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition as well as the award for Best Brief.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Arkansas Tech University, graduating summa cum laude in 2012.

Mr. Elmore was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2015. In 2018, he completed the ABOTA National Trial College held at Yale University. In 2024, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in a ceremony led by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Mr. Elmore currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Humanities at Arkansas Tech University.

He lives in Springdale, Arkansas, with his wife Hannah and their two children.
