Robert Riter is a partner in Riter, Rogers, Wattier & Northrup, LLP where he engages in a private practice involving transportation law, products liability and the defense of general civil claims. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and has spoken at several of its conferences. Mr. Riter received a B.A. from the University of South Dakota in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of South Dakota in 1973.
