Ronald B. Lee

Ron Lee has practiced with Roetzel & Andress in the area of toxic tort, insurance coverage and products liability litigation since 1978. In 2013, he was named to The Best Lawyers in America, Akron Product Liability Litigation-Defendants “Lawyer of the Year.” He was selected as an ”Ohio Super Lawyer” by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine (2004-2005, 2007-2014) and was named to the Best Lawyers in America for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions and product Liability-Defendants (2007-2014). Mr. Lee is Board Certified as a Specialist in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). He is national counsel for a flavoring company in the diacetyl litigation and has been national counsel for mold litigation, mass tort litigation and latex glove litigation. Mr. Lee is Roetzel’s Products Liability and Transportation Practice Group Manager.
