Timothy A. Montgomery

Timothy A. Montgomery is a shareholder of Pion, Nerone, Girman, Winslow & Smith, P.C. Mr. Montgomery concentrates his practice primarily in the area of transportation law. In addition to his representation of clients in a wide range of transportation matters, Mr. Montgomery has represented various clients in products liability suits, bankruptcy and collection matters, employment disputes, real estate transactions, complex commercial litigation and personal injury matters. Prior to joining P.N.G.W. & S., Mr. Montgomery served as a Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable C. Gus Kwidis of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County and worked as a litigation associate at two Pittsburgh law firms. In 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, Mr. Montgomery was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars Edition. Mr. Montgomery is a Vice-Chair for the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee for the American Bar Association and is Vice President of the Western Pennsylvania Claims & Litigation Management Alliance. Mr. Montgomery graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh where he was a four-year starter on the varsity soccer team and was named All Academic Big East four years in a row. Mr. Montgomery received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004.
