Warren Voter is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney from Sweeney & Sheehan in Philadelphia who practices exclusively in defense-oriented property and casualty litigation with a concentration in product liability, catastrophic loss, medical hardware, toxic and mass tort and premises/liquor liability. In addition, he frequently serves as monitoring and coverage counsel for excess carriers and regional trial counsel and national coordinating counsel for a number of product manufacturers and their insurers. He has extensive experience trying cases involving fire loss, power woodworking equipment, hand tools, industrial machinery and consumer and recreational products. Warren is a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council, Defense Research Institute (Power and Hand Tool and Manufacturer's Risk Prevention Subcommittees), the Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the International Society for Skiing Safety. Warren is the past chair of the USLAW Product Liability Practice Group and served as a director on USLAW's Board.
