Emotional wellness or well-being is often defined as the emotional quality of an individual’s everyday experience. It is influenced by a variety of factors and stressors, many of which are outside our control. While largely unavoidable, these stressors can be overcome with a variety of techniques. This session will focus on identifying signs of healthy emotional wellness and provide some tools to overcome the everyday stressors that can negatively impact emotional wellness.
