New USLAW NETWORK state-by-state compendiums focus on liability damages caps and workers’ comp medical benefits caps

USLAW NETWORK (USLAW) has released two new compendiums: the 50-State Analysis of Liability Damages Caps and the 50-State Analysis of Workers’ Compensation Medical Benefits Caps. Scott H. Moulton and Fred L. Hubbs of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. in Georgia served as editors, respectively, of the new compendiums.

“With companies conducting business and managing operations in multiple jurisdictions from coast-to-coast, we are pleased to release two new compendiums that provide state-by-state analyses that focus on both how the state handles liability damages and medical benefits caps and what impact they might have on employers and clients,” said Roger M.
