Joshua W. Praw

Joshua W. Praw is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Murchison & Cumming, LLP focusing his practice in the area of commercial general liability, products liability, and toxic tort. Mr. Praw Co-Chair's the firm's Summer Associate Program and Post-Bar Law Clerk Program where he trains, mentors, and oversees the firm's summer associates and post-bar law clerks.

A native Angelino, Mr. Praw felt it was important to return to the community he grew up in upon becoming an attorney. His clients appreciate his streamlined approach to complex legal issues, addressing their concerns, and feeling confident their matter is being handled properly.

Mr. Praw is a graduate of University of San Diego School of Law (J.D.) and University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A. in History). He is the University of Wisconsin Alumni Association – Los Angeles Chapter, Scholarship Chair, a Board Member of the University of San Diego School of Law Alumni Association – Los Angeles Chapter, and a member of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles's Legal Network Committee. Away from the office he enjoys the Dodgers, golf, and traveling.
