Rachael L. Russo

As associate general counsel for Momentive Technologies, a global leader in high-purity quartz and ceramic technologies, Rachael Russo supports all legal affairs of the company, including global litigation, labor and employment law, product liability, EH&S, data privacy and security, commercial contracts, and strategic projects. Momentive Technologies’ materials technologies enable high-quality processing and production in a wide range of applications in the semiconductor, photovoltaic, lighting, aerospace, water purification, pharmaceutical, consumer electronic, and telecommunication industries. Prior to her current role, Rachael was a shareholder and practice group leader for business litigation in a USLAW member firm.
