Baird Holm Partners Chris Hedican and Mark Goldsmith achieved a successful outcome for their client, Walmart. In March, a Kansas federal jury found in its favor on a sex discrimination and retaliation case. Hedican and Goldsmith acted as trial counsel for Walmart in this case.
