focusing on her clients’ business objectives. She is an experienced trial advocate, arbitrator, and
mediator, and has over 20 years of litigation experience. Lindsay has litigated hundreds of disputes
from investigation through trial and tried more than 20 cases to verdict before juries and judges in
state court, federal court, and arbitration.
Lindsay’s extensive alternative dispute resolution experience includes advocacy before the panels
of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority
(FINRA). She also routinely advises clients in pre-arbitration proceedings including the enforcement

Lindsay is also an arbitrator and mediator; the AAA invited Lindsay to join its roster of commercial
arbitrators in 2021. As an arbitrator, Lindsay works diligently to resolve disputes fairly, efficiently,
and cost-effectively. When working as a mediator, she uses her experience managing personal injury,
workers’ compensation, commercial, real estate, and other disputes to facilitate mutually-agreeable
resolutions to challenging disputes.
